I feel your pain. People sneak a “t” in my name all the time and think that I am West or Westley. Then correcting them just slaps me in the face because apparently I cannot pronounce my own name and they apologize and respond with, “Sorry Lesley.”

I feel your pain. I got called Genie, Geneva, Geneve, Genevra, Guinevere, Gwendolyn, and a plethora of other names. I can understand Guinevere, since Genevieve is derived from it at least, but Genevra? Gwendolyn? I don’t even know.
